About Us

Makamasa is a non-partisan, web-based platform designed to support Filipino voters in understanding political information and evaluating candidates independently. Developed as part of the Senior High School Capstone requirements at rog.edu.ph, this platform addresses the growing influence of social media and celebrity endorsements on electoral decisions.

The platform provides objective, fact-based information about political candidates, including their policies, qualifications, performance histories, and pertinent public data. To encourage objective assessment based on principles rather than popularity, it features a Blind Platform Test, which presents issue-based stances without disclosing candidates' identities.

Committed to impartiality, truthfulness, transparency, and responsibility, Makamasa equips citizens to critically evaluate information. Through comparison tools, reliable sources, and media literacy content, we empower voters to select candidates based on their qualifications and substance.

Ang Makamasa ay isang independiyenteng platapormang pang-edukasyon na naglalayong palaganapin ang literasiyang pampulitika at kritikal na pag-iisip.

Ang mga nilalaman at talakayang matatagpuan dito ay inilaan lamang bilang sangguniang pang-impormasyon at hindi dapat ituring bilang pag-eendorso, materyales sa pangangampanya, o rekomendasyon sa pagboto.

Ang mga opinyong ipinahahayag sa mga talakayan ng mga gumagamit ay hindi sumasalamin sa paninindigan ng plataporma. Sa paggamit ng website na ito, kinikilala ng mga gumagamit ang kanilang pananagutan sa sariling pag-unawa, pananaliksik, at mga pagpapasyang sibiko.
